Carlton Scott is seeking a results-driven Sales Funnel Strategist to help us scale our digital products, courses, and membership platform through high-converting, data-led marketing funnels. The Role

As our Sales Funnel Strategist, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and managing end-to-end funnel systems that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and repeat sales. You’ll work closely with our content, design, and operations teams to ensure each funnel is aligned with our wider growth strategy and brand tone of voice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop high-converting sales funnels for digital products, services, and membership offers
  • Create and optimise landing pages, thank you pages, and upsell flows
  • Build lead generation funnels using quizzes, free downloads, webinars, and other assets
  • Write or collaborate on email marketing sequences (nurture, onboarding, conversion)
  • Set up CRM and automation workflows (MailerLite, ConvertKit, GoHighLevel, etc.)
  • Monitor analytics and optimise performance through split testing and performance tracking
  • Ensure all funnels are GDPR-compliant and aligned with UK data regulations
  • Stay on top of funnel trends, tools, and best practices in a fast-changing landscape


Who You Are

  • Experienced funnel builder with at least 3 years’ hands-on experience
  • Confident using modern funnel and automation tools (e.g. ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign)
  • Deep understanding of buyer psychology and customer journey mapping
  • Data-focused and skilled at interpreting metrics to make decisions
  • Self-sufficient, strategic, and able to manage projects from idea to execution
  • Ideally experienced in online education, business coaching, or B2B consulting industries
